Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

Once you receive your item, you can return it for free within 14 days, provided it does not affect its resale value.

We accept returns for products that were shipped by us if the item is faulty due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or low-quality item).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
